Rust Console Helios Troubleshooting

Fast incident playbooks for owners when Helios commands, feeds, or modules are not behaving correctly.

Use this page first when something is broken. Start with connection health, then follow the symptom path below.

Check the exact symptom

What you see	What to do
Not linked / wrong gamertag	Check the linked Discord account and platform in Player Tools; repair the link before retrying.
Missing required role	Check the feature's role rule and the member's actual Discord roles.
Feature disabled	Open the selected server's module and check its enabled state and saved settings.
Disconnected / request timed out	Check Server Management and hosting-panel RCON details. After a write error, refresh to see whether the change already applied.
Cooldown active	Read the remaining time. Staff can reset the specific cooldown when appropriate; avoid a community-wide reset.
Reward did not arrive	Check `/bag`, delivery status, server eligibility, and the actual kit or item before granting another copy.
Bag full	Free a bag slot, then retry the claim.
Claim expired	Check the giveaway or event's claim window; staff should inspect the original result before replacing a reward.
Premium is missing	Check the server and purchasing account with `/premium status`; keep the payment reference.
Top-up button unavailable	Read the message under Add Credits. Do not pay again for a completed payment that is still processing.
Location capture fails	Be online on the exact game server with your own Discord account linked; check that Helios can see your player.
